Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional, confidential counseling and resource program paid for by Rowan County and provided by McLaughlin Young Employee Services to help employees and their families deal with both personal and work-related concerns and challenges. They can be reached at 1-800-633-3353.

Reasons to use the EAP

An EAP is designed to help with all kinds of life situations. Examples include, but are not limited to:
