What is the procedure for recording a Trade Name Certificate?: Download and complete the Assumed Business Name Certificate (PDF) or obtain a printed copy at no charge from the Register of Deeds office. Complete the form and return it to the Register of Deeds office for recording either in person or by mail.

Complete the form and return it to the Register of Deeds office for recording either in person or by mail.
