[ARCHIVED] Board of Elections Board Meeting

Given the COVID-19 Pandemic, please be advised that the Board of elections scheduled meeting for September 1, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. will be conducted by virtual means.

Anyone wishing to participate in public comment will be given an opportunity to use the “raise hand” function if joining using the Zoom app, or to press *9 if joining by telephone. Participants will be asked to state their name for the record, and they will be renamed as Public Comment 1, Public Comment 2, etc. These instructions will be announced prior to the meeting as well as at the beginning of the public comment portion to allow participants to be recognized and added to the queue to speak.
