Spanish-Language Eviction Hotline

A Spanish-language eviction hotline is available to help navigate the state’s legal system. Individuals should call 919-590-9165 for assistance.

The advocacy group Siembra-NC has teamed up with the UNC School of Law to set up the CARES Act Eviction Information Line. The hotline can help callers determine if they’re eligible for protection under the federal CARES Act.

NCCARE360

NCCARE360 is a statewide coordinated care network able to refer those in need to a wide array of assistance providers. Navigating services like health, housing, employment, and transportation can be incredibly difficult, but these factors all contribute to our overall health.

NCCARE360 provides the opportunity for health to all North Carolinians by providing public access to resources and helping health and community-based organizations make electronic referrals, communicate in real time, securely share client information, and track outcomes together.

Those who need assistance with whole-person care such as food, housing, transportation, employment and interpersonal safety should visit NCCARE360 (www.nccare360.org)
