Wednesday Drive-Thru Testing Cancelled

Due to the threat of rain and wind during the planned testing times, the drive-thru testing clinic planned for Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at the Rowan County Public Health Department has been cancelled.

Statewide Survey of NC Nonprofits to Provide Insight into Impacts of COVID-19

The Strategic Partnerships team at the North Carolina Office of State Budget and Management collaborated on a survey with the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits and the Secretary of State’s Office to learn about nonprofit organizations’ circumstances and needs during COVID-19.

The goal is to “inform government, philanthropy, and other nonprofits about what COVID-19 related needs are most pressing in North Carolina” according to the survey description.  Additional questions about the survey can be directed to nonprofitsurvey@osbm.nc.gov.

More than 1,000 responses have been received so far.  Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to participate in the survey as a way to tell the State what their priorities and needs are.  Results will also be made available to the public.
