Paycheck Protection Program for Non-Profit and Faith Institutions

Non-profit and faith community leaders concerned about making payroll may be eligible to get a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan through the Small Business Administration. These forgivable loans are available for non-profits and small businesses to help cover payroll costs and other eligible expenses like rent, mortgage, or utilities.

A free, one-hour webinar is being offered on June 12 at 1 p.m. (EDT). This session is open to non-profits and faith institutions. Understanding CDBG-DR Funds for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)

The American Red Cross is hosting a one-hour session on the basics of what Community Development Block Grants for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) are and how organizations and communities might benefit from them.

Important information will be provided to understand these federal grant programs and offer an opportunity to ask questions related to how to access these funds in your communities.  Organizations who support housing recovery as well as construction trade training will benefit from this presentation.
