Rowan County COVID-19 Confirmed Cases: 16

Rowan County Continues To Work To Mitigate COVID-19

Today, the Rowan County Public Health Department has confirmed two additional COVID-19 positive cases in Rowan County.  This brings the positive case count to 16.

As this outbreak has changed everyone’s daily routine, the Public Health Command Center Team continues to work every day, even on Saturday and Sunday, to provide assistance and information to mitigate the conditions surrounding the Corona Virus pandemic.

We ask that all citizens continue to follow guidelines and orders that are currently in place to protect and reduce the spread of COVID-19.  Executive Order 121 (Stay At Home Order) will take effect Monday March 30th at 5:00 PM. If you need to go out for essentials please continue to practice recommended social distancing as well as all other health and safety guidelines.
