[ARCHIVED] Notice to Bidders: Ellis Park Kitchen Refurbish

The County of Rowan is soliciting bids for the renovation of a kitchen area at Ellis Park in Salisbury, NC in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid documents can be accessed on the Duncan Parnell website. The contact at the Concord, NC Duncan Parnell office is Judy Brown (704-782-2625). The plans and specs will be available in the plan room after October 31, 2019. Electronic versions of the plans and specs are also available by contacting Morgan Architecture + Consulting.

Bids will be accepted in the Rowan County Purchasing Office, 130 West Innes Street, North Carolina, 28144 until 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

A pre-bid conference has been scheduled at the project site on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. All potential contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.
