[ARCHIVED] Waiver of Competitive Bidding for Ambulances

The Rowan County Board of Commissioners will consider a waiver of competitive bidding under G.S. 143-129(g) at its regular meeting on November 4, 2019 for the purchase of three new Medix Ford Type III Ambulances from First Class Emergency Vehicles, the seller having agreed to extend to Rowan County the same or more favorable price and terms set forth in their contract with Rowan County, effective December 3, 2019.
