Candidate Filing for the November Municipal Elections will begin Friday July 7, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. through Friday July 21, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. All candidates in the following municipalities should file with the Rowan County Board of Elections located at 1935 Jake Alexander Blvd W., Suite D10, Salisbury NC 28147: China Grove, Cleveland, East Spencer, Faith, Granite Quarry, Kannapolis (residents living in Rowan County), Landis, Rockwell, Salisbury and Spencer. Candidates must be residents and qualified voters of the Town or City in which they file for office. Any questions about filing may be answered by calling the elections office at (704) 216-8140 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
