[ARCHIVED] Voter ID Card

Starting May 1, 2019, any Rowan County registered voter may request a NC voter ID card. Cards will be made at the Board of Elections office, located at:

West End Plaza
1935 Jake Alexander Boulevard
Suite D-10
Salisbury, NC 28147

Requests will be taken during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you already have an acceptable photo ID, you do not need to request a photo ID card. Download a copy of the Voter ID Request Form (PDF) or view a list of Acceptable Photo IDs (PDF).
