[ARCHIVED] HOME – ARP Funding Survey

Rowan County is a participating member of the Cabarrus / Iredell / Rowan HOME Consortium and has been advised that the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development will be releasing HOME-ARP funds in 2022 for eligible activities that include:

Development and Support of Affordable Housing
Tenant Based Rental Assistance
Provision of Supportive Services
Acquisition and Development of Non-Congregate Shelter Units

Please consider viewing a brief video (2 minutes 45 seconds) summarizing the HOME -ARP program and then completing the survey to provide your perspective on how the Consortium’s application may prioritize use of these funds for programs.
