Rowan County…Have Your Voice Heard!

Even though Rowan County Public Health continues to be quite busy with our fight against COVID-19, we are still very concerned about other aspects of our county’s health and the quality of life of our citizens. With that being said, we would like your input! Currently until November 30^th, we ask that you give us a few minutes of your time to participate in the 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment. Here you will find questions dealing with access to community services and resources, lifestyle choices, our county’s mental and physical well-being, as well as what you perceive as the most concerning issues that our county is currently facing. By participating in this survey, you will not only be entered into a drawing for a RoCo Gift Basket, but you will also help us determine what our greatest community needs are and what resources are needed to address our top concerns.

This survey is strictly confidential and is sponsored by Novant Health, Healthy Rowan, and Rowan County Public Health. Please note that as a part of both Novant Health and Rowan County Public Health’s accreditation process, a community health needs assessment is required every three years.
