Rowan County Public Health Will Host a 2nd COVID Vaccination Clinic Today for Both Moderna and Pfizer

Rowan County Public Health will host another  2nd Vaccination Clinic today at the West End Plaza (1935 Jake Alexander Blvd., West) from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Today will be the first time that Rowan County Public Health will be re-vaccinating with both the Moderna and the Pfizer vaccines. For this reason, it is with the utmost importance that you arrive for your second vaccination at your assigned appointment time.  By doing this, it will allow our staff to be able to administer the correct second vaccine to you, while also  allowing our staff enough time to transition over to the next type of vaccine. Please note that all Moderna second vaccinations will be given between 8:30 and 10:15 am and all Pfizer vaccinations will begin at 11:00 am. We ask that you please double check your appointment times and arrive accordingly.

If you should have any other questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact us at covid-19@rowancountync.gov or at 980-432-1800. You may also want to visit our county website where you will find the most current and most reliable information related to COVID-19, as it relates to Rowan County.

Thank you for your continued patience as we work toward our number one priority of ensuring that all Rowan County citizens that want a vaccine can receive one, while also balancing vaccine supply and abiding by the phased approach provided to us by NCDHHS.
