1st Dose COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments Available for this Thursday Afternoon

Appointment slots will open this morning at 10 am on the County’s First Dose Clinics webpage for first dose vaccine clinics, which will be held at the West End Plaza on Thursday, March 4th for Groups 1, 2, and 3 (school personnel and child care staff).  Citizens may also call the COVID hotline at 980-432-1800 and push 1 when prompted. We encourage you to make all attempts to schedule online.  Please note that emails cannot be accepted as a way to schedule an appointment, so staff will be unable to help you and will have to redirect you to the webpage.

When preparing to make your appointment for this coming Thursday, please be aware that this clinic is being held in the afternoon; from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. We are doing this to hopefully support more individuals that may not be able to come earlier in the day due to their work schedules.

Thank you for your continued patience as we work toward our number one priority of ensuring that all Rowan County citizens that want a vaccine can receive one, while also balancing vaccine supply and abiding by the phased approach provided to us by NCDHHS.
