Thanks to the generosity of the Board of Commissioners, all full-time and part-time employees are eligible to receive a $25 credit to Ashlee’s Embroidery to be redeemed during the employee’s birthday month. Below are the steps on how to redeem your credit.

Step 1

Visit or call the embroidery shop during the month in which your birthday falls.

Step 2

Tell the associate that you are a Rowan County employee and present your ID badge upon request.  Please specify:

• Whether you would like the County’s logo or if you would like your department’s specific logo (if applicable).
• Whether you would like the logo to be full-color, white, or black.  Ashlee’s will allow you to choose additional thread colors.

Step 3

Choose from in-stock items or place an order from their catalog. You may order as many items as desired with your $25 credit.

General Information

• Any item ordered through this program must have the Rowan County logo or your department’s logo.  Logos are on file.
• A list of eligible employees will be sent to the store at the beginning of each month. If your name is inadvertently left off the list, please contact Human Resources.
• Employees must pay any costs above the $25 store credit at the time of order/purchase (if applicable).
